Another option, if getting those lenses shipped over here is cost prohibitive, you could tint them amber yourself. You would do the same process I used to "candy" my tail lights to get RID of the amber portion. Using transparent paint, followed by regular automotive clear.
Here I used Testors model paint, transparent candy red, followed by automotive clear.

The ones I did on my B, except these I added some black/clear mix to smoke them, and didn't bury them in clear or buff, I kinda liked the satin look.
I didn't see anything in Testors brand, but Tamiya has a transparent orange model paint.
Or you could maybe order a sample of HOK Kandy tangerine paint to do the job.
