HELP PLEASE

The 20A fuse can withstand so much time running at 20A before it eventually heats up and pops. So you may be in the clear for the little time it is drawing 20A. However the correct size to use is 25A for that circuit.

As for the other compressor, that is very strange. I wonder if it seizing up at higher pressures and overloading.

Try swapping feeder circuits to compressors and see if the other compressor is causing the same problem. If it's not, then you know it's the other compressor that is bad.
If the same thing happens, then check your wiring. Like ^^ said, check grounds.

Still blowin fuses maybe compressor tear down and see if somethings messed up?

I dont want to spend money on another compressor cuz it works just when the tanks above 150 psi i cant turn it off then back on or itll blow

So is it the same individual compressor that is causing the fuse to blow on either circuit?

Yes same compressor on either circuit checked my connections and my grounds and they r fine

Well at least you've narrowed it down to being the compressor, and not your wiring on either circuit.

Time to buy a new one or rebuild the one you have. Do a google search for Viair rebuilt kits.
Here's a nice "How to" on taking them apart.

Someone else needs to chime in and offer some help here...
I've said everything I know. I'm an electrical engineer. So now that we have the wiring figured out, I can't offer much more as to why the compressor is overloading.

Thanks man i really dont want to buy a new compressor but ill see about a rebuild kit what part do u thing i would need or should i just balls up and buy new one and yes i agree the wiring part is figured out more hell would be appreciated thanks
