Thanks guys for the input I know some of you don't want me to go harbor freight but I probably will being that I'm on a pretty tight budget and I have a 220 Hobart I just don't have an easily accessible 220 outlet. The main reason I'm looking into one is because the previous owner of my truck shaved the handles and didn't use filler plates they just filled it with fiberglass and I don't know why but it keeps cracking and I've tried to grind it down and bondo/glass over it and just when I get it smooth I wait like a day or two and close the door hit a bump ect it cracks! So yeah unless you guys have another idea I think welding in some metal is my best bet. Thanks again and I realize I'm getting kinda rambly if that's a word... I'm tired
