Just drain it as normal and re-fill with clean oil and it will clear up after a couple of days, or after you run the new oil through a few hours of operation with the new head back on it, you can then change the oil again if you would like.

well truck runs perfect was off one degree on timing but got her straight and shes alive again but i need to know what sensor is on the thermostat housing theres the temp sensor and another one..

the temp sensor on the thermostat housing is for the gauge the one on the bottom of the radiator and the other one on the side of the intake (green plug) is just for the computer i think

Temperature guage... For the dash... The other is used for ignition timing, mostly dwell times.. And fuel injector pulse width

does anyone know where i can get a block from for a b2600i i think mjnes warped i put my motor back together with all new gaskets plugs wires etc. when i started it after about 7 mins of idleing the truck smokes like a freight train blueish white smoke so i thought it was the rings done a compression test they were all at 150 the number 3 plug was caked in oil so i pulled the head back off and around the gasket on top and bottom was oily and watery so im guessing my block is warped does anyone know anything about this thanks

Did you put a new O-ring on the nipple that supplies oil to the head/valvetrain?

If not, you could be getting oil seaping into the #3 cylinder.
