Did you replace left and right rear wheel brake cylinders? Did you replace the left and right front caliper assemblies? Or did you just use a repair/rebuild kit for all four brake assemblies? BTW what year is the truck? Is it a B2200 or a 2600?

I have not replaced anything but the master cylinder. Nothing leaks and i have stead brake fluid flow from the rear and the front. It is a 91 B2200. Is it possible that i'll to bleed this system like a piece of american trash GM?!? On most GM's you have to power the ABS valve on to bleed the system.

Just comparing notes here. My B2200 is a 1988 model has about 149,000 miles. It had that almost touching the floor board symptom when I apply the brakes. I ended up just replacing the rear left and right wheel cylinders. I also replaced the left and right front calipers as well as the brake master cylinders. My brake pedal travel play is at the halfway point now. I didn't replace the rear brake shoes and front disc pads.

You might have slow moving piston cups due to build up around the outer rim of the rear wheel cylinders or the front calipers. Yes the fluid might be clean but that build up might be the cause.

Just my 2 cents...

It is a possibility for the front calipers to be jacked i guess. My truck has 132k on it and it sat for 5 years with a blown engine before i ever got it. I know for a fact there is no air in the system. Whats weird is, is that you can actually hear the brake fluid rushing through the lines to the rear brakes. It kinda makes a little sense now that i have calmed down enough to think about it logically.

Did you adjust the rear brakes BEFORE you bled the system?

Did you verify the booster "plunger" was correctly adjusted for the new master cylinder?

Seems to be..... But i will certainly double check.
