Advice needed

Buying a b2600i single cab 4x4 this Saturday (I'm already taking the bed and fenders sorry lol) it doesn't have a motor or transmission... Now I have 4 options I can see and need help figuring out what's the best one. A: part out the rest of the truck and scrap the rest B:find someone who has the motor and transmission for sale which seems pretty difficult... C: I've got a chevy 350 motor just sitting here... How much work would it take to throw that in? And D: put my 2x4 metal back on and try to resell as is... What's my best choice in your point of view. I would like to keep it for a daily while I build the truck I have but if it's to much then I'd like to make as much back as I can. Advice?

Has ac, cruise control, body is 99% perfect (minus paint of course). I'm not parting this one out unless someone really wants the grill. I could part with that since I know some people really like them n I'm not really a fan.

Are u still swapping the 4x4 metal to ur 2200?

Yes that's the truck... Still trying to figure out what he meant about $5,000 in suspension... Looks stock to me but then again I haven't looked very hard yet...

I think this is an lx model... Has the lx door panels, cruise, ac, but not the lx door seals and no Crome trim... I'm confused on which model it is lol looking over it though this thing is super clean and was babied for its 230k miles... Still don't see 5k in suspension but definitely a awesome truck.

I could trade a set of deluxe door seals for the front grille.

I just checked the pile of parts me and tuna got from the junk yard and found a set of lx door seals we grabbed out of the same truck I got the tilt column and interior pieces from at the junk yard. Forgot I had them... I've build up a pretty good pile of parts for these trucks lol

I thought I needed them but turns out I have a set cusser.

OK. I finally actually got to actually see a tilt column. SinCityLocal visited last weekend with his B2000 that has the B2600i engine in it, it has that column installed. I check for those now in the yards, but doubt that there's any profit in those to harvest, as I don't know if the yards include the steering wheel, combination switch with their price or whether those would be a la carte.
