i've been haveing suspension travel issue my truck is drop on stock rims and tires with toxic shocks and torsion bar, my front is about 2" off the ground tucking like 3" of tire my problem is wen i push down on the hood the driver side has alittle travel but da other side has barly nuthing kinda stiff on travel. i mean i brought da shortest toxics i could find it was lyke 6.50" compressed, and 9" extended but prier to me doing everything to the truck the torsion bolt snaped wen taking off so da shop drilled it out an heli coiled it but with different threads and bolt so could that be the problem??? different threads on driver side torsion bolt then passenger side bolt! any advice would be greatful.

Check the clearance on ur tie-rods
hib2600i   +1y
what yu mean check the clearence on the tie rod ??? should it be rubbing the inner wheel or sumthing!! ino for a fact that the idler and pit man arm is rubbing the sway bar wen its full turn. the idler an pit man arm threads on the bottom of the bolt is rubbing the bar i can even seen were the bolt is in contact with bar it hits it then goes over the sway bar to get full turn!!!

Alright man, here's your problem. You know where the lower control arm (lca) bolts to the frame? The lower control arm needs to be trimmed out to clear the frame. Being as low as you are, you need to read threads about what it takes to bag a Mazda. Cuz that's what you are gonna have to do to have any ride quality at all. I will look through my build thread and link you to the page you need to look at. I have pics of when I did mine. It'll be the same process for you, but you just won't have to deal with the bag mount

It could be that when they put in the helicoil and new bolt that they didn't set it to the same as the one that wasn't broken.... Could be a very simple mistake, and I'm surprised no one else thought of this...

Well I don't have any good pics in my thread but here is another thread with a decent pic. Inside the lil fork legs that mount to the frame is what you wanna trim. Search the forum, I know there are good threads about it. But I guarantee that's what is hitting.

OR your ball joints are maxed out. Have you flipped the lower ball joints? Or pie cut the upper control arms?
