Its Heather Marzi, she was working down in Pioneer Square, downtown seattle. Her husband is in the service and I think she is in the virginia/DC/maryland area now. She did my entire sleeve, capt jack, and my clover behind my ear. Alot of it she freehanded.

Thanks, and she's within 4-5 hours. Would you be willing to share how much it cost? I think she could pull of the portrait of my baby (my dalmation Pennywise). It's hard to find people who are so good with portrait detail, especially in color.

There are 4 turtles on upper shoulder, representing my wife and 3 kids. The tat was all done free hand. Told my artist what I wanted and he went to town. never seen how it looked til it was over.
