Just thought i would post this on here. My mazda is on hold right now for a new car i just pickup up.

1954 Porshe 356A Speedster

This is a kit car, on a 74 shortened vw pan. Bought as a rolling project.

I have a $2500 parts and finishing budget on this car. We will see how close it get.

Here are the photos of delivery.

Got it home and stripped it. Never trust anyones work.

Now off to media blasting.



Looks good blasted, Very minor swiss cheese holes. Time to patch and weld the 4 tiny holes.

Time for epoxy sealing.




now looks like new.

Just got done painting the gear box and steering box.

And just dropped the body off at paint.

Its going artic white with silver peral over it.

Hope to see it back in 2 to 3 weeks.

And Ive only had this car for one week. Now it time for part install and prepping for the body to come back.

First part of week 2 was getting the front end of the car put together.

NEW EVERYTHING ! Anything that can ware, gets replaced.
