Not Guilty?

you guys are scaring me.

nothing is wrong with our justice system

not guilty on the charge of first degree murder, meaning, she did not set out to intentionally kill her baby. the baby may have died, but it is very hard to convince a jury of 12 that she concockded a plot to murder her baby. if they would have charged her with second degree murder, she would have been convicted. dumb prosecutor

this case is like the OJ trial, not paying attention to the charges and facts makes for a lot of miss guided statements. weird, but facts are important

meh... I still lean with Andrew. It is too common that people are getting away with everything, with little to no repercussion. You can say dumb prosecutor, but when the it happens over and over in trails of every kind how can you not say the system isn't screwed?

lawyers know the law and what facts need to be presented for each and every charge. and the people slipping through are not in the same court room. there are so many prosecutors and the percentage rate is prolly very good. its the loopholes that the lawyers look for. any technicality is what they will go for ....

the county i live in has a 98.9% conviction rate. that is amazing, our justice system is fine...just the lawyers are sometimes better or small mistakes let people like casey a go free...

ok so then heres my next question. is this case completely closed? no more looking for the murderer of this child? or was it concidered to be a freak accident?

Well there is still the check fraud charges as well. Plus who is to say that Florida won't find another way to go after this whore.

the case is not closed totally. There still gonna try and figure out who did it....even though we all know it was her. and like andrew said if they finally realize that it was her without a doubt they cant do nothing cuz she was aquitted of murder charges.
