Yes, I remember al the hours spent and all the tricks you needed to build a smooth tranny. I remember picking up cars at the track and turning the wheels and how much drag they had when built wrong.
My boy has a slash lcg with viper copperhead 3800kv motor and viper esc. I run a axial exo with a vipercopper vx4.39 combo. Jr 9100s servo. My daughter has a stock slash. Im building a wide rustlee with jato shocks. Viper esc copperhead vxr4.50 combo.
Yeah I was into the Rustler for a bit, it's funny how much you can do to the thing, I actually made mine wider than it was long at one point, ran it on 4S to 78mph.
Used to be into it along time ago. Still have a YZ10 sitting on the shelf somewhere. Speed control burnt out before I was in college and I've never bothered to replace it.
Yeah man - the Yokomo YZ10 was the shiiit. It was the 4WD version of the RC10 because associated didn't do a 4WD (aside from some conversions that came out)
yep, what angus said. I ended up getting the car for a steal from a neighbor of mine who didn't want to race 4wd anymore and wanted to go back to 2wd. Her dad practically gave me the car. (or course he always had more money than sense).
