I am out in Goodyear for the time being. The house is for sale. I will be moving up towards Arrowhead. But yeah, the place is pick-a-part just east of 35th ave on broadway.

I never really thought of asking if they would sell it. I wonder??? I know it has been sitting up there for years though.
