Ahh...wrong folder links...

You probably have seen them...those are some pins from a company called; Why Not Get Stroked

The panel is mine...

I don't know if you are interested, but there is an awesome forum for aspiring pin stripers...

Looks good! The green can looks like the color of my civic. Just keep on practicing, the more you do it the better you will get. I've never done pin striping but I airbrush realistic flames and the more I do it the better I get. I like the idea of using cans, I might switch up from the flat rectangles I've been using.

i couldnt help myself. ive been trying to find a good internet hangout spot for pinstriping. ive really been trying to find some new things to stripe. (shape, texture, color) but these cans seem like the way for me to go for a while cause everything else ive tried wasnt a good surface to stripe. either that or im too lazy to prep them? i might just make some sheet metal panels to play with. any suggestions?

It is a widely known fact that black surfaces are a pinstriper's dream. They show the colors more vibrantly and overall make it come to life...

So what I do is go to the craft store and pick up the hardboard in black...divide it up into 4 squares and since you have 2 sides it makes 8pcs. Makes a nice practice panel in my opinion...I also stick a clear transparency over the hardboard to get the same effect, but you can wipe the paint off of the transparency if needed...

Light switch covers are wicked to stripe too...They are like $0.27 at walmart in a variety of colors...

Just some ideas!
