he tapered it so the body will lay evenly. if he layed it evenly all the way around then the front wouldnt lay ont he ground because a mazda doesnt lay full frame. the crossmember lays out first thus making the truck look like its lying uneven. he did this instead of zing the frame to even it up.
welll, I guess somebody had to do it, ya wouldnt find me wrecking something for no good reason though, I giv em props for the stock glass chop though,

I've seen the truck in person before the unibody, if fact it had no bed at all. it is BD 6" the doors are cut and do drag. it never has a hood on it. and the factory windshield hangs down into the wiper drip tray. It has awsome frame work in the rear. very astecicaly(sp?) appealing at least. and to see it rolling aired out is a trip.
either way to each there own. and im pretty sure if you'd see it in person you'd dig it
