'02 Mean Streak. Bought Stock, Dropped $10k, 1st place show bike I put 15k miles in 3 years on, and let it go for payoff. I miss this more than any vehicle.
'88 Mazda, 1st bagged truck. Drove it bagged for 3 years, then traded it for an Eagle talon tsi.
'90 Mazda. Traded 2 Punch amps and an Eclipse radio for it. Rebuilt everything on it, got it to damn enar perfect drivability, sold it for $3.5k, and next owner lost it.
'85 Chevy. Engine was a 500hp monster. Barely could accelerate over a bridge without losing it. Was a bitch on gas. Sold it for $1.5k after we stopped driving it for a couple years.
'95 GSX. This had more money and mods in it than any other vehicle, and I never got it registered/titled/insured. After all engine work, she was VERY capable of being high 10s, low 11s.
'05 Silverado. Bought it bone stock. Did minor engine mods, some big sound mods, had it 6/8 static on 20s, then got her bagged. Sold for pay off in '08.
Second Single cab maz I had. This one ended up with a 13b rotary and then sold.
'86.5 Hardbody. Got this for $200 off CL. Ran PERFECTLY. Damn truck had a 2.4L auto setup, and was damn strong. Got 30mpg too. Just ugly as hell!
Traded the Hardbody for this...'96 chevy bagged 4.3/5speed on painted impala wheels with gmc centers.
The chevy started to break down on me after 2 years of daily use. EVERYTHING started to leak and smoke. I was workin 16h+ a day for 2 months straight, couldnt take time to fix. So i bought an '09 Lancer GTS with 31k on the clock.
6 months later, with 39k on the car, the transmission went out. Sat at dealership for 2 months, they couldnt work on the tranny because they never have worked on that type. CVT (1 huge gear). So, i traded it in and went back to a truck.
How I bought her...bone stock. No CD player, manual locks and windows.
Stock 20s and Tint later....
24s and 4/7 later....
Pulling home a new Mazda back in June.
'88 Mazda. Didnt run well. Needs body and MAJOR interior work. Sold last month.
And this is the current Mazda. 302 v8 under the hood. Im still trying to get that piece to run correctly. There's more body damage than he told me about. The roof is pretty much coated in bondo and the top of windshield leaks like there's an 1/8th gap across it. BUT...oh well.
