It's a deal! Lets see 2800 miles divided by 9 mpg multiplied by an average fuel price of $3 = just under $1k for fuel costs. Oh $7!t, that doesn't even get me home in your truck. Maybe we better not trade Mikey. -Ed

could get a transport company to move it for way cheaper then it would cost to drive it

Everything looks pretty decent under the truck. I know the guy who did all the work to the thing about 3 years ago. he sold it to a guy who blew the motor and then sold it to its current owner. The guy who owns it now commutes about 40 miles each way to work and the truck has 4.56 gears with a TH400 trans, so you can imagine the slow speed on the highways coupled with the $20+ a day in fuel costs. He drove it for 2 weeks and parked it. The current owner is also the one who put the motor in it. He told me some more background on it and I think it should be good for my 4.6 mile round trip daily commute. with a top speed limit of 40 mph allowed. I popped the hood and it needs some love, but not a lot. I am going to relocate the battery fabricate a new P/S reservoir mounting bracket. He has the p/S reservoir zip tied to the master cylinder right now. It is drivable, but not for me. I will get a ton of pics up for you guys on Sunday when I bring her home. And I promise not to disappear just because I am temporarily without a Dawg. -Ed

I am a big fan of the crew cab duallys...I woulda bought one instead of my mazda, but the guy had already sold it...

but if it were me, I'd trade for the dually, n get a trailer and a project mazda to build and use the dually as tow pig...

I was at layd out at the park 09, a guy rolled in with a dodge crewcab dually, bodied. and had a 5th wheel trailer with a s10 blazer xtreme and a convertible s10 on the back... I'll never forget seeing him pulling them through the park
