timing belt

chains stopped in 85 or 86...i think...lol

thay stoped in 84 mazda did not make a truck in 85 and my 86 is close to some of the frist built

mazdas that are newer than 86+ have a belt, my 83 has a chain and getting it lined up right was cake work cause it has 3 white links the 2 that are close to each other go up top and the one at the bottom what this has to do with ur problem i dunno but i figured id share my knowledge lol

my 93 has a belt, there is a tentioner pulley that can be adjusted, and i think auto zone has a replacement for like 40 bones..
