it plugs in the back of the alternator its the choke activation switch

it might b a split wire meaning some one had connection junction in the middle of the 2 wires soo find the wire from the altenator and connect them b.c thats soposed to be in the back of the alternator

no, there is a male spade there that takes that plug. I've never seen one pulled up by the carb before but that is indeed the choke wire.

it was the choke and plugged into the back of the alternator.

its the temp sending wire...on the block under the thermostat housing is where it plugs onto....a male spade on a stop sign shaped sensor under the radistor hose.
