Nytrdr: Where is the oil pressure and H2O sending switches on a 2200. I have looked in my Manuals and all over the damn engine and cant find them . Are they up under the intake somewhere so u cant see them? Thanks. BJ

AS FAR AS I CAN RECALL, THERE IS ONE SENSOR FOR THE OIL PSI ON THE PASS SIDE OF THE BLOCK UNDER THE INTAKE. AS FOR THE H20, CAN'T TOTALLY RECALL, I KNOW THERE IS A SENSOR ON THE BOTTOM OF THE RADIATOR. AS FOR SWITCHES, DON'T KNOW OF ANY I'D SAY THAT IS REGULATED THRU THE ECU, THEN TO THE GUAGE CLUSTER...I'LL HAVE TO CHECK WHEN I GET HOME IN MY CHILTONS & LOOK AT MY DISMANTLED ENGINE BAY.....
STARTING TO GET DEPRESSED ABOUT MY ENGINE , I DROPPED IT OFF THE FIRST OF LAST SEPTEMBER, THEY HAVE HAD IT FOR 9 MONTHS.....I GUESS I JUST NEED TO BE PATIENT...THE ENGINE BAY ISN'T EVEN READY TO PUT IT IN IF I HAD IT....MY FIANCE CALLED ME A "WORKAHOLIC"....THO IT'S NOT BY MY CHOICE...I WOULD PREFER TO BE BACK ON 4-10'S, BUT THE JOB IS WINDING DOWN & THE CRUNCH IS ON. I JUST NEED ABOUT A WEEK TO WORK ON THE TRUCK SO IT'LL ALL COME TOGETHER...... MAYBE I CAN MANAGE TO GET SOMETHING DONE DURING JULY 4TH... SORRY BOUT THE RANT

Bump. Thanks for the help nytrdr, I thought there was something up under the intake, but I never thought to look under the rad for a sensor. BJ

where did u drop your engine off?paeco? I called about the Stage 2 extended service engine and the guy said 3 months. If it is going to take 9 months i'd better order 1 before I am too old. BJ

tru, i'll cut grass & clean house or any number of things before it came to that!

not a problem, glad to help!

the sensor on the radiator is on the bottom driver side of it,
same on both the 5 spd rad. & the a/t rad. it sends signal to
cycle the a/c compressor, & i think one on the thermostat
housing sends one to the temp guage.......i'll have to double
check tho

the engine is @ huntsville engine & performance center...here's a link to their site they are one of the best engine shops in the south....they do it right the first time...
i didn't find out about paeco until a couple months ago thru CatsJ35, it might have been cheaper / easier to just let them build it instead of trying to round up all the stuff my self....

Looks like I am going to find out if Paeco is as good as everyone says.I feel the need for speed but dont want to do an engine swap so the 150 hp stage 2 Paeco seems to be the way to go.

kool, keep me posted on it!
i'm still waiting on some stuff so i can send parts
off to paeco so they can make my guides & springs....
