Cat Converter

i had a pacesetter hi-flo cat on my 87 nissan truck, and after 2 weeks the insides fell out and stopped it up. I had to cut it off. I think it wasnt designed for bagged trucks. I think slamming the truck down caused it to come apart.

Thanks. Not a problem on my truck as the only thing bagged on it are the circles around my eyes. I am reading more and more complaints about Pacesetter stuff -headers now cats.Anyone else have any comments on their products-good or not so good?BJ

i have had a set of pacesetter heads on my truck for around 3 years. they have been good for me.

Thanks. They seem to be the only vendor for headers and cats for 2200's so I hope that I can trust their stuff. BJ
