Got my weber carb!

I took a look on my air filter for the weber. There is a plastic tube that goes onto the assembly. I assume its for the breather hose to connect to? So do I hook up the EGR? What do I do about the vapor canister's port on the weber carb? Cause I dunno if it matters whether I plug it?

I'm not sure if it was a manual choke or electric. I got a wire plug that could hook up to my alt. from the carb, but I dunno if thats it. And I always had to press the pedal in before I started the truck. Someone may have messed with it before I got it.

Ohhhh, and BTW, is our fuel pump for our trucks enough psi for these carbs, or do I need to get an aftermarket?
