89 2.0 Engine runs just alil rough... Questions

yeah i rock the pacesetter header and stock carb.
you pull off the big ugly black aircleaner box unit and the stock exhaust manifold and the silver pipes too. i took everything with a vacuum line and yanked it out, except to the distributor and brake booster. i left all my sensors plugged in, because i didn't see any reason to pull them....

first of all i hope i am not the only one that caught this but if it is a 89 it is a b2200 not a b2000 unless you put a 2.0l in. Also if you have to have emissions where your truck is registered you need to leave those pipes on or at least keep them around so you can put them back on when you have to get an emission test...
