I guess I'm changing rings. Does anyone know if those full gasket sets on ebay are any good?

My .02 put an aftermarket breather filter on.

I have an aftermarket breather on it now, just so it wont mess up the are cleaner. The oil still comes out of the breather.

Yeah, I knew it would do that. I said so in my previous post and you will just have to clean your engine bay more often, or very often. If you're going to wait to do your rings I would use a catch can with a breather instead of just a breather. Something like this:

Look on the upper right side of the photo, it's red and a hose hooks up to it so that the fumes go out thru the filter but the oil stays in the catch can. De pending on how much oil your truck is spitting out you may have to drain it weekly.

xulf13 wondering if you can send me the picture you refer to in your comment above about the catch can with a breather? For some reason I can't see the photo.
