is this bad? (have pics)

i dont know what it is. but it slides right out with no resistance. and it makes a weird noise in that area when the engine is running.





please help idk if this is realy bad or not.

Its under $4. Replace it.

thats your pcv valve get a new on and a new rubber gasket youll be fine..i think i have a gasket i could send you they are cheap

Yea replace both of them there cheap and easy to replace and could cause your truck to run rough

Positive crankcase ventilation valve. Replace.

You may want to put some new bolts in the air cleaner housing also. that might be part of your noise

Those bolts have 10mm head and 6.0 x 1.0mm thread.

i went to NAPA and got the valve but they dont sell the gasket. i'm gonna try pep boys and schucks. i hope they have them cuz i have no idea where to buy it.

and about the bolts, i was gonna ask you guys. theres nothing there and i was sure that there should be.
