I got mine at O'rielys from the section that has all those parts with help on them. it did not say for mazda but for ford. just take your PCV in and the old grommet in and look them over. You wont it to fit tight in the hole and tight around the pcv so you can install it with your hand.

ya i went to schucks and got it. it was for toyota. but changing it sucked cuz when i tried to pull the gasket out and it ripped off and the other half fell into the engine. so then i spent like 30 mins fishing it out. it might not have done anything if i just left it but i didn't want to risk it and i was too lazy to go upstairs and ask you guys lol. but other than that it turned out fine.

and i was wondering, could that have been the reason that everytime i turn my truck on the oil pressure light went on for a couple seconds and the engine ran really rough and then it became normal?

The oil light was most likly from the really rough idle not letting it build oil pressure. And yes a leaky PVC and bad grommet can cause a really bad idle
