the sensor at the thermostat housing is hooked up by looking at that picture.

The one on the radiator is located on the back lower middle.

ya the one under the thermostat seams fine. i tried to move it around and its snug. i'll have to check the radiator one.

so this morning the arrow moved a little a couple times but then went back down. i'm pretty sure its a connection somewhere. where does the wire from teh thermostat go to?

Idk if this helps but heres the diagram for where the wires go.

maybe thats the problem. cuz when i turn on the truck and step on the gas, for the first couple seconds it always sounds like wather is flushing through pipes. i've flushed my cooling system at least 25 times in the past month so theres a pretty good chance that there is an air pocket.

and do i have to start out with the engine completly cold? cuz i park in the garage and in the morning it takes a couple miles of driving before the heater blows even warm air.
