i can only agree with builtbybyc where it was stated that the upper ball joints were NOT designed to handle the stress and load of being the "carrier" ball joint. the lower carries all the weight and the upper is basically a follower, just to keep the spindle in place

The mazda in minitruckin, as been around for a while. Suspension was done by Kustomwerks. The bags are mounted above the upper control arm, byt have a rod with a heim on it attatched to the lower arms. The bag is not attatched to the upper arm.

The current owner, has revamped the whole truck, but the suspension is still relatively the same. it is on streetsource as an 86 I believe.....used to be that burnt orange/copper color.
