im doin a paper for school(a persuasive essay) and the title is bags vs hydros. im a bag guy myself and i have to exlpain why bags are better than dros. the 3 main points are looks/ride quality, money and then just the downside to both bags and dros. so i could use a little help so pour in all of your knowledge about both, thanks

hydros: batterys go dead your screwed and cant raise ur car

Bags: tanks get empty compressors kick on

Hydros: get a leak and what a mess

Bags: get a leak and nothing but air

Hydros: require at least 4 batterys

Bags: require only 1

and so on it can go on for days

hydros - more lift , easier install , can be set up to ride as good or better than any air ride system and you dont have to wait for ne compressor to build pressure and you won't have to worry about your batteries going dead if you have a street charger

bags - cheaper , ride better without add on stuff and they are lighter than a hydro setup

straight from the pages of Street Trucks magazine

my truck better than bags with shocks, and i would know since i have had both systems on the same truck.it hydro's require a minimum of 2 batteries and in some cases you can run one battery,i have 4 on my truck and before i had my street charger i could go 2 weeks without charging them and that with playing with them all nigh on the weekends.now bags are a lot cleaner and easier to maintain, but to each his own.i personanally will always run juice except my yota its getting air mainly cuz it will be the work truck for my mazda.and leaks are a rareity on a juice set up unless you hop alot then the seals are going to go out.any ways sorry to ramble, but ask questions about juice and dont assume bags are better because thats an opinion and everyone may not agree like me.

a positive and negative would be the sound from the dump valve letting air out. Its positive cause it grabs attention and its just a cool sound... the negative is cops aren't deaf.

it seens like there are so many ways to setup bags and not as many ways to setup juice but i think it depends on the vehicle i wouldnt personally put juice on a mazda or pretty much any mini but i might on a regal or somethin like that
and when i was at heatwave last year at the hopping contest baggs owned hydros excepte that one thruck that would lift straight up on juice but it was kinda stupid and about a fith of the cars there on juice had caught on fire

oh yea it sounds badass when u hear some smc or parker valves

like i said to each his own, bags arnt better than juice and juice isnt better than bags.they have both pro'sand cons.my previous truck had a 2 pump 4 dump set up with 8 batteries,i could hop until they were dead and never catch fire,if you build your pumps right and well vented then your ok.and its true that bags are now being able to out hop juice, but there are lowriders out there that bags will never touch.im not dissing on one.

that video with the yota have u watched it
the mac spring one

i like juice but thats what everyone thinks i have
and i hate when they think about juice they think lowriders with daytons and chrome everywhere
and my truck is not a low rider i just ride low
