Well bro, if your not in any hurry just wait til after monday.
i currently have 3 inch blocks with 2 leafs out.
but come monday, i will be putting 4" blocks in, and adding toxic drop shocks all around.
i am guessing i will be shaving down the bump stop to a minimum. ill take some pics with the bed off and explain better what all has been done.

If the bars have been cranked down, then does'nt that mean its not riding right then? Cause after you modify it, don't you have to get it aligned? And whats the most you can go? Haha...

What if my bump stop just barely touches it? Is it okay for it to have such little travel? So what your suggesting is that I should definitely get some airshocks in the back for the time being until I get my bags because it will handle the body drops better? I would think so... If I do get airshocks what do I need? Just an airhose at a gas station? Or do I have to get an air management setup?

When you stated what you did about the suspension and axle locations, I thought the same exact thing. But when someone corrects me about it and they felt so confident they were right, I was convinced. Not for long though, since it made no sense in relation to my suspension... Make sense?

Where can I purchase smaller bump stops? Or does it really matter if the stop is flat after you cut it?

So what you mean to say, is that right now since our trucks are lowered, its not too good on the ball joints. And if we flip them, it will help it, and lower the truck also?

thetornado, haha! ya, I can wait till monday, I won't be doing mine that soon! I would like to see how it turns out! Make sure you post it up and make it obvious! I ended up takingmy bed off with my other truck in my auto body class, if I were you, I would definitely pressure wash all your suspension! And prime it! Cause mine was RUSTED! Ugh... rust!

Speaking of, I got out the electric drill today and took care of the large rust spots. Then, primed it. I don't feel its picture worthy... I'll take a pic maybe when I do more stuff to the truck.

EDIT: BTW, hotdawg, I forgot to say, you should probably cut your u-bolts waaay shorter than what you have it at!
