when your truck is aired all the way up, how many inches is your tire from the bottom of your fender? and how did you mount the bags on the lower controll arm? if they are too far out towards your balljoint it could cause you to not get enough lift, im probally gettin like 10''-11'' of lift out of my firestone with 140psi, but they ballon out too much and are hittin my upperballjoint a little

well when the truck is aired up i am still tucking under the fender, but i have just enough to turn my wheels and not rub, but i couldnt be moving and turn it would rub then and i did mount my bag bracket on the lower arm.... i dont think they are hitting anything, the only thing i can see is maybe i have the bottom of my bag not close enough to the pivot point on the lower arm.. i dont know though i am going to post pics this afternoon....

pics would really help this situation, how far up did you mount your top bracket? when you lower it all the way, does the bag bottom out?

it looks like the upper controll arm could hit the upper bag mount and your upper bag mount could be too high on the frame. i mounted my bag directly on the lower controll arm. i drilled a hole and then cut and access hole on the bottom to get to the bolt. my upper mount is almost at the bottom of my frame, just a little above where the bumpstop mount used to be. try that and see if it helps
