I have a 1992 Mazda B2600i and i wanna go as low as i can with a static drop. i don't really care about how stiff the ride is, just wanna be LOW!
ANY HELP WITH PICTURES WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED...

on the rear, get a set of bell tech lowered leafsprings or pull some springs out of your spring packs & can run @ 3" blocks with 1/2" or less left above the axle to the frame....if you notch it you can run larger blocks.

on the front, lowered control arms or lowered spindles (or both), & crank the torsion bars down & cut the bump stop mount off the frame.

unless you can find some really short shocks, you'll probably have to relocate your shocks in the rear, & move the top mount in the front

this will put you "in tha weeds" but caution is needed as you'll get stuck on the smallest incline.....least that is how we used to do it way back when...

on the front i was thinkin of flippin the b/j's, and cranking torsions, cuttin the bumpstops off... then on rear, notch it, run 5" blocks and pull most of the leafs out... how low would that take me?

Here's my front with torsions cranked to lower it about 3" and then I did the BJ flip and this is where the front end is lol:



As for your rear, uh 5" is huge lol. I had mine, HAD, with 3" blocks and monoleafed, and if it weren't for the airshocks I would have been about 1/2" from the rear axle hitting the frame. So yeah with a notch and 5" blocks your rear may be about as low as my front right now lol.

Oh yeah, the pic in my sig is with the rear 3" blocks and monoleafed....with overload leaf still in, and the air shocks aired a lil bit.

holy crap hotdawg,how do you drive that thing daily?? "Hell yeah I drag....my torsion bars!!"

I'm waiting on a current job offer which will dictate whether I go static or bags on my truck in the spring. If I go static,I'd like my truck about as low as yours,but seeing the torsion bars like that kinda scares me,because my truck will probably be daily driven in the summer.

zero tortions...they are off of the truck but they are goin back in today because im gettin wheels and lo pros and it will be to damn low so i gotta wait till bags. here ya are.

lol I can't drive it with those current wheels right now. And I don't think I'm staying that low. I've got a torsion bolt gone bad, the threads have ripped off when I was trying to run them back up some after doing the BJ flip. So now I need a new bolt.

DO NOT flip your bj's right side up UNLESS you have 16" wheels atleast. After having my tires put on my Pathies I found they wouldn't fit! It's because the scrub radius has been made larger, meaning the back/bottom of the BJ is hitting the inside of the wheel.

So if you have 15's or 14's you can ONLY flip your lower BJ up to the top of your control arm but leave it point DOWN! I tried all combinations with the BJ pointed up and it will not work, so I had to flip mine back downward BUT I did mount them on top of the control arm.

Now if you've got 16"+ sizes hey you can get about a 2"+ drop just from flipping the BJ's up and on top of the control arm.

BTw I have on style of Path wheels on one side and the older style on the other side. I think I like the older ones than I do these pictured. Anyone got 2 for cheap??????? I got the newer style on Ebay for $65 shipped for 2 so I want another deal like that


I've now set it down a to about the top of the tires and I do have a lil more suspension travel
