Here are some pics of the drop blocks with the 83 bracket. I also cut the U-bolts down so they didn't hang so low

i hadem on my last mazda worked ok because of no-power.... but i had a 96 s10 blazer 4.3 back 5speed in 99 i had 4"angled blocks and monoleaf and snapped them with in a couple weeks after putting them on because of power.... trust me vortec power from a 2door blazer was fun but that was when i drove like i was earnhardt and partied like i was van wilder...... those could have had another issues to why they broke.....

j c whitney makes what they call a performance traction control spring it is Itm. WX476322 and it costs $69.99. what is does is give the front of the leaf spring added support to eliminate spring wrap. i am using a 3 inch block with a mono leaf and i will be putting these on my B.

do you have a notch in your frame? the reason i ask is when u take out your two middle springs your bump stops will sit on the frame even if they r cut down. that makes for a rough ride...
