No, for the simple fact that you can re index the torsions so the bolts will be higher than factory. You run a risk of putting the lower control arm dangerously close to the ground by flipping balljoints.....Not to mention by lowerint the truck 4 - 5 inches by using the lower control arm and balljoint only you are changing the geometry of the upper control arm and probably putting more camber into the suspension( more negative camber) than if you just used the LCA by itself.
