Valve Placement

I have noticed quite a few placement setups in the last few years, each were very different!

I am in the process of re-vamping my setup and am wondering what you guys have done for VALVE PLACEMENT?

I figured it would help out the ppl who will ask this question in the future as well!

i have mine running right off the tank and they are plenty fast the ass end will hop and the front end will almost pull the wheels with the v8 in the front, heres a pic to get the idea...

NICE THREAD , I'M FIXING TO DO MY FIRST BAGGD TRUCK EVER, SO THIS WOULD BE NICE TO SEE A FEW DIFFERENT SETUPS.

My rear lifts are right off the tank and the dumps are on the bags....as for the front I ran them both right at the bag....

As well I run Copper line 1/2 because it has a larger ID than airbrake line, it is rated to 640 psi, and is really tough, and won't melt thru if it comes to close to a heat source...( not that mine does, but you never know )

I haven't mounted any of my air setup yet... I have cheap ass AIM valves (will up grade sooner or later) at the moment. I plan on mounting them in the compartment where the stock jack is on the extended cab mazdas. That is if they will all fit. I plan on running all copper lines to the valves from the tank since air line isnt very flexible. It will be air line from there on out.

gravity5... Did you just use copper from the hardware store with solder fittings? I want to do the same, but haven't found much info on that subject.

i did all 4 fronts and both rear lifts at the tank and the 2 rear dumps at the bags...

Interesting thread. Was gonna ask similar question. Planning on putting fill valves near the tank and dumps valves near the bags with 1/2" exhaust lines running from the dump valve to near the lowest point by each tire - looks pretty kool on dusty pavement! One advantage to fill valves near the bags is you get a little more tank volume - haven't bothered to figure out how much more though.
