ok i know its been said before but I'm going to ask again have any of yall used the AIM front bag brackets yeah I've heard they suck and all but that was after i bought them so Im going to try and make them work is there a reason they have been put down so much theres a guy who works at a car parts place thats got them in and they look to be doing good on there and look like they would be easy to put in for me thats good
Is there a way to get them to lay out with out spindles I fyou have pix please post I would like to see some one else with them Thanx

I would think bag brackets would be ok...And yes you can lay out without spindels...Im sure someone will post pics.

heres some not the greatest. but this is what you want.i have drop spindles but works the same way. and will lay out

i have a set of aim bag brackets, i went through 2 bags on the driver side because they put the bag yoo close to the spindal. good luck with them though!!!!!

I really really dont recomend those bag mounts, I am currently using them, mounted to the shock tower... Its not a good idea to do it like that for many reasons but for one, you shouldnt weld something to a piece of metal that is welded to your frame. I would highly recomend a bag mount that is welded directly to the frame.... here is a pic of mine, (I cut off the top)



and I did NOT measure right, so my bag is totally bottomed out when laid out haha, that is very very bad for your bags...

Unless you have Slam bags. They have internal bump stops...

could you cut the shock mount off and weld the brackets to the frame would that work on these brackets

would your truck lay out with those brackets

Yeah, its kinda embarrassing, but this is my first build and I was goin solo, AND I didnt know about you guys until last month haha, Ill fix that shit... I do NOT have slam bags. I really cant believe my bags have lasted this long... Im sure there is a way to make this bracket work, but youll need to get some gussets and stuff. Its hard to say how you can do it cuz of the upper control arm, but anythings possible
