Yeah my next thing is both inner and outer tie rods, alignment, and motor mounts.

Other than that the only thing left would be to tear out the rear end and check it.

could it be the rear axle?

i have no idea, but at this point in time I have nothing else to try... I am going to get it aligned soon and possibly pull the drive shaft out and take it to a shop to have it balanced.

What is the best way to check the motor mounts?

my truck does the Exact same thing I wish i could figure it out i checked my u-joints,carrier which has a bit of playabout 1/8 of an inch and my truck will only vibrate from 80-100 km/h most of the time i drive at about 120 but hey if it's vibrate it can't be good i know most of my front end is shot but i don't think that is the problem

Oh wait you should check the front wheel bearings.

LOL it just clued in to me on my white b22 it would vibrate and get really loud at those speeds it was my left front wheel bearing.

another thing is that there are bearings in your rear axle as well it could be those as well

it's either something is out of balance which you have checked or a really bad bearing

i think its pinion angle, gotta raise ur carrier bearing to straighten it out
