Okay...is it just me, or does that not look right? Should the bag also be straight when inflated, not angled like that?

no that bag is being ripped apart
speedster93b   +1y

why?
HeX0rz - on a front setup you can't get the bag to be perfectly collapsed and perfectly straight up and down when extended. the bottom needs to go in a little yeah, but i plan on redoing the whole setup when i pinch the frame rails in a little.

actually, you can clearly see were the bag is starting to tear away from the seam

the lower portion of the bag is being ripped from base..
speedster93b   +1y
no its not... thats how it is. i have airlift bags and that's how they are at the top and bottom of the bag.

what are you talking about I had air lift bags in my mazda and the bag didn't look like that it was perfectly straight when collapsed and when inflated it had no stress on the bag that bag is screaming let me the hell out of here.

it's not being torn apart though, by any means. but like i said, i'd like to redo it and have it at more of an angle. that will correct the alignment issue when extended..

a double convoluted bag can be off center by a maximum of two inches top to bottom.

ever look at an s10 front end? its a lot more crooked than that...

True, but they're supposed to be level when collapsed, and when they're set up properly collapsed they usually don't flex in two different angles when extended. That's what tears a bag apart.
