you will not be able to have an 8 inch block. your leaf springs will be on the ground.

ive alread meassured it... the hanger for the leaf will be 1.5 inches from the ground. no where near as low as i had when i had my 98 nissan hardbody block droped. the hanger was .75 from the ground

okay well if you got clearance and want to do it then go for it. i wouldnt advise it, its not very safe.

Definitely not safe. Plus an 8" block will put too much stress on you leafs and cause failure at some point. Theres a reason they don't make them.

do a search on here. look for topics about dearching leaf springs and other topics about leafs. you can run dearched with either 3 or 4 inch block and some airshocks. cheap and adjustable. OMG i would not run anything more than a 4 inch block. hell i dont trust 4 inch blocks, i wouldnt run anything larger than 3 inch.

Please don't stack 2 4" blocks. It is dangerous for you and those around you. when I was younger, I stacked 2 3" blocks and it was fine for a while, but one day I hit a pothole on the freeway and tore out the O/L spring, U bolt prerches and all! The Mercedes behind me wasn't too happy either, the over load spring went through her floor board and pinned her foot to the tranny tunnel. Luckily for me my truck wasn't totaled and the lady didn't lose her foot. Don't put yourself in this situation, notch your truck and save up enough money to do it right!
