You know, I have looked at all of these forums and I always see people suggesting either new dropped spring packs or having your set de-arched. While I agree in principal to this idea, I have personally run stock springs with all secondary springs removed and a three inch block. This works with minimal "axel wrap" if you keep the stock overload leaf in place. This combined with removing the stock bump stop and air shocks makes for a comfortable semi-adjustable ride as well. I would never suggest this if I had not run this set-up in all of my trucks (Mazda, Datsun( 521 and 620), Toyota, Nissan HB, Chevy Luv) for years and many miles. (I drive approx. 200 miles a week) One old school trick I also use is to re drill the front spring pearch bolt an inch higher in the hanger. This will give you about 1/2" more drop and keep the front spring eye from hitting the ground. Also, once the blocks are installed make sure you cut the U-bolts flush with the nuts. I hope this helps.
