well since 1/2 of my front end is lifted (thanks to a broken bolt) i got the chance to park beside a stock mazda today (thats rare around here) and i discovered that in the rear end with my air shocks fully aird up i set about 5" higher and in the front w/ the t-bars cranked i se up probably 2-3" higher....but im thinking about buying some quality shocks for all 4 corners and getting a leaf spring flip kit which comes in 5" or 7" but as for the front does anyone have any ideas, i want to set level. im not fuly understanding the whole "tyhicker torsion bars for more lift" idea. maybe someone could explain this for me? or show me where i can buy some parts to lift the front, torsion bars, bj spacers, anything! thanks alot guys -bf

not so much thicker torsions, you can get a spacer for your torsions, where you torsion mounts up under the cab you cn get a spacer, to make the torsion sit at a different angle which will create more lift, also you have to understand your steering components can only go so high, without getting lifted spindles... good luck though! also body lifts dont effect your wiring and steering, they come with all necessary hardware for you to complete the install by yourself, there pretty simple, but i hate the way they look.

All that I have found to lift these trucks is 1 1/2" Lift Torsion bars which you can find on eBay now and then. Just rearch your rear leaf springs for the rear.

A company did used to build such arms. Theres a link on one thread on here that has all of the information that you need to lift these trucks and who made parts. Ony problem is that they no longer make any of the parts. So you'll have to do some searching to find anything that may be left.
