lifting front ??

sp any info on the bj spacers or anyone have an extra set of those ironman torsions...well shipping would beat my ass on those...anyways keeper goin! -bf

Im going to ask my machining teacher Gerry if I can machine a set of these if i get spare time, next tool and die class is monday so I'll find out at that time.

i donno but i hate it...60mph in 5th gear is like 2800rpm...i love my buddys toyota 60 in like 3rd is 3000. and another buddys truck, its a 2.3 ranger, he can push 40 out of 1st gear...i donno what we get out of ours, 15? -bf

Is that Toyota a 4-speed? My truck won't do 60 in 3rd, but I can get it to about 45-50 ish, and thats 4 grand. 4th will hit 65, and 5th, well, my speedo only goes to 80 so I'm not sure.

But if you're doing 40 in 1st, something is wrong, even if you have a 3 speed. You should be doing 25 tops. And my truck is doing about 15 MPH at 3 grand in 1st.

It sounds like the Mazdas are similar to 5 speed Toyotas though. Which would mean your gear is probably around a 4.10:1 ratio.

no the ranger is a 94 2.3 5 speed amd the toyota is a 98 3.0 5speed.

Those older yota V6's are soooo gutless..like early 90s..my mazda seems to always just destroy my buddys yot with a 3.0, so they can keep their gear ratios

really?? the yota outran my dads 4.6 expedition from about 35 to about 100....humm but the expedition does weigh 3 1/2 ton...and the yota is probably 1 1/2??
