Been their, done that. Probably like 10 years ago. For what it was, it worked pretty good. No, I did not have like 10" lift all the way around, but it was enought to air out and raise up high enought to drive. My setup involved a small compressor which filled the 4 shocks at the same time. A manual valve in the truck let the air out (very slow up or down!).
If I remember correctly the rear air shocks were Monroe for the rear of a Mazda B2200. The fronts were Monroe for the rear of a 1969 Torino.
