89 cab plus - removed 2 middle leafs, load leaf flipped upside down AND mounted on TOP of the main leaf ( effectivly mono'd the main leaf ) 2 and 3" blocks stacked and the truck was laid out like this since bought new and sold to me. I drove it for a year or so and finally raised it up to sell it....never any issues related to the blocks or leafs.....all that said...I am suprised I never broke a leaf or had any issues with the stacked 5" of blocks...

91 cab plus, 3" blocks and the same mono leaf setup as the above described 89...the 2" did make a noticable difference that I was not thrilled with....oh well.....hopefully my 84 Yota will sell quick and I can bag the Mazda SOON

i had a '97 hardbody static dropped.. 4" angle blocks, monoleafed, with the leaf hangar relocated up.. never had any problems, other than it was extremely low. i couldn't slide a pack of cigarettes laying down under the frame.. frame sat about 1" - 1 1/4" off the ground.. but other than not being able to drive a lot of places, or park in certain spots.. no problems. haha. did get stuck VERY often, though.
