Wait, your already driving with it bagged now?
These cracks in the welds would be basically hairline like cracks. IF you did'nt do a good enough job and did'nt prep the metal right, a few years down the road it COULD break.
But assuming since you practiced and prepped it all right, you should be fine. Prepping it right and using and knowing your welder will minimize the amount of impurities that get into the welds. This is what causes failure as well as load.
Go over your welds with a grinder and smooth them out. A weld is alot denser than the steele, which is why it is more difficult to grind on. Assuming you welded them correctly, the weld will be stronger than the steel because it is harder and there is proper penetration.
AS well, if it was'nt prepped good enough, more than likely, the welds will be the central point of where metal fatigue will occur. Which, is what happens mainly instantaneously. You should'nt experience this.
All in all, if you been driving your truck now for the time being and have had no problems, I would say you should be fine.
I suggest though, you do some research on welding and the interaction with metals.
Theres a little info for you that you should read...
