ur BEST bet would be to spend the $20 or so and have both front wheels\tires balanced at a shop. that way you know 100% that it is NOT the wheels\tires causing the problem. Once you have done that then you can start looking into other things, worn bushings, loose bolts....the search for a needle in a haystack. Chances are though...its wheel balance, that tends to cause vibration at certain speeds like your describing
