I heard somewhere one time, that Ford Aerostar hubs and rotors would fit our trucks with no other mods. Does anyone have proof of this?

Mazberry Delight claims he has done this but I asked a couple times how and he wouldn't say because he was trying to put togther a kit to sell. If he does know what it takes he can make some money. I know a guy that works a huge bearing warehouse and we spent hours trying to find a bearing and race set that would convert from a ford hub to mazda spindle. There was some close ones but they would either be a little loose or you would need to machine the hub a bit to get the race in so it wouldn't be a "dirrect bolt on". I would and did contact John (laynrockers) and get redrilled front hubs they are a true bolt on, lol.

yeah but they are pricey for someone on a budget... I went that route befor on my last mazda

ya, aerostar bearing won't bolt up straight, i went through every bearing we had at work and measured em all with a dial caliper so NO

I read somewhere that someone took the time to try this at the junk yard, and it didn't work.

Many people have tried the aerostar hubs with no luck trying many different years of them. I know Devin and I have had many conversations about it before. I consider him a friend that I have met a few times at shows across the US. But have never gotten much info out of him on it.
So that only leaves 2 other options. I can redrill them for $230 shipping included or you can go with the toyota stuff. By the time you replace the beaings and seals, brake pads and buying the stuff it is about the same price. I have always thought my prices were good since they were cheaper than what others cost for hubs done poorly with screw in studs that either break or strip rather than press in studs. I can do core swaps or you can send me your for redrills. But in today's economy going bad my prices are actually getting cheaper lol. wait another year or 2 and $200 is going to be like spending $20 now, lol

me and devin were actually lookin at the conversion on our frinds truck just last weekend, it is true and does exist, the truck is in the process of being redone and when we take the front suspension apart to redo the bags we plan on taking the hub and rotor to the auto parts store to figure out exactly what hub, bearings and rotr it is!

we did take pictures of the conversion installed, the pics are on devins camera and unfortunatly i can't post them up right now

Here are some older pics of the truck that the areostar conversion is done on
