Thats the radius arm or something to that nature! You need that unless you are going to triagulate you lowers. There are a couple of people here that have done this but i couldn't tell you where to look other than in the suspension forum. Thats all i have anyone else wanna take a shot!

fbi does suck and their kit sucks too, I could fabricate a better kit in the dark with one hand tied behind my back.
check out my build tubbin n dubbin in suspension I used the same FBI kit
ya gotta set it up based on the wheel size yer goin with also desired lift and ride height must be decided first. what about spindles ? I am using drop spindles. with the lower ball joint mounted on top.
Point is , a lot of figurin has to be done first.

As for your front locator arm , I cut mine off, I would suggest triangulating the lower control arm if you do.
Twisted minis posted a pic of that some time ago.

Tyler, Flameds10 chromed his, and he is rollin 20's too.
You must have to loosen them to get that much travel.

I will help you if i can
first thing is what wheel size, get your wheels with rubber, and that is where its best to start , to avoid any
re-dos

Its called a stabilizer bar. . And ya, you do need it. . You shouldnt have to worry about it unless you are tryin to lay on big rims. . . I am one of the guys that triangulated my lower arms . . . Cuz I am layin on 20s with stock suspension. . So I def had to ditch it. . . And if you cut it off, you HAVE to triangulate them. . . there is no choice. . . . Your lower arms are made so they can adjust . . And they will be unsupported and very unsafe, among other things. . . .

you can take the metal clip mount thats on the upper arm that everyone cuts off and remove it and reweld it on top of the upper arm so that you can clip the brake line on top routed away from everything moving.

I haven't come up with a game plan for the hard line section but my bags are inward enough that I can retain the factory piece that protects the rubber sections. I will probably run mine below the frame and come up to them on the outside of the frame

mine clips in all the factory locations, might be due to my factory fender wells...lol

the stablizer bar on mine has no modifications, its just stock as can be, never had any problems with it, he's a couple pics of my front suspension
