I'm sure the reason you dont have hassles with your radius arms is because your using drop spindles !! without the drop spindles, the arm will hit the frame before it lays out with 20's on !!

This is Y I'm now saving for tube arms !!!

Wish I had some better pics for ya but here is a couple. I have stock suspension and stock radius arms and lay out on 20's

This is when I was welding in the stretch but you can see the radius arms in the stock location

You can see them still attatched here in the lower right corner

If you want I can take some better pics of mine and post them. Let me know

yeah man, Please post some pix !! If I don't have to buy tube arms it will make me very happy !!!

I know when I was getting mine to lay out with the wheels that were on it before I got the 20's they only just missed the frame and I mean just !! when it was laid out .. So I thought that there would be no chance once my 20's were on because they are over 2" taller in total over my "stock" rims...

You can see in this pic where I had to cut this bracket (marked by red box) for it to lay with the old wheels on and it only just missed the frame rail behind this braket...

But yeah if you could get some pix of your setup that would be awesome !!!

P.S. If you look at the pix hard enough you will also see another mod I'm doing to my truck !!

Right hand drive?? I also notice that you still have your torsion bars hooked up in the pic. You should really remove those if you want to lay out!! I will get some pics this morning (thursday) and post them either this morning or late afternoon. I am working graveyard and am having a hell of a night. but I will get them up for you all !!!

Good man ...

And yeah, I only put the torsion bar back in to lift it up so I could push it out of the Shed !!

Cheers for that man !! Have you z'd your frame ??

ARRR!!! I just went through your build and you have a Z'd frame !! LOL... Thats why your radius arms dont touch !!

You had me thinking I was going crazy there for a bit !! I was thinking, I swear when I was setting mine up to make sure it laid out, that it was a no go with the radius arms still attached !!! LOL

regardless of any of this, I so wish I could get hold of a set of your wheels. I reckon there sexy as !!!

85- Crap your right, didn't even think about the Z. Before I stretched the frame it would sit 2" off the gound at full drop. that is why I Zd the frame to make it lay flat. Sorry, that was my bad, forgot to mention that. Glad you went through the thread first to make sure. I also dropped the crossmember which allowed me to drop the motor an inch and a half. Lots of hood clearance now. Good luck with your build and next time you ask a ? I will make sure I check myself before answering LOL !!!
