I would index man....if you just want a staic drop...first off its free....waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than cranking the adjustors and you choose your amount of drop...it easy as pie to do.....you can do the spindles and re index 4 spines and thats about 6" of front drop alone....figure a set of 5" rear drop blocks will set ya back about $60-70....and a quick notch...depending on your capability with welding or not...figure a 100 or so for a bolt on notch (I would still recommend having it welded in........and remove a couple of leaves and your set......re indexing keeps your ride nice and smooth also...you can ask other AZ members on here....my truck rides great! and I have spent about $60 in total so far....and for the time being I am keeping my 14s with some low pros on so I can do the spindles if I desire (I dont)

There are ways to get a big drop, cost lil to none.....just have to preplan it out some....or ask on here

the reason many dont like the spindles is cuz the push the wheels out and thats where you can get rubbing on fender lips....again which is why I recommend indexing your torsions...plus if you just crank the torsions adjustors down....you most likely will wind up looking for some new adjustor bolts when they slam into the ground and break....again another good reason to index the bars

hope that helps ya some

no problem brutha....glad to help out

oh yea............wanna add....

BEFORE you go to undo the adjustor bolts...throw some liquid wrench on em the night before ( I did it twice...once the night before and a second spray a couple hours before I went to my shop to work)....them lil suckers can be a pain to get loose if no loosening spray on em...and then they work really easy!

would hate to see you try and undo em and wind up having to look for new ones anyways

haha ok thanks man one more ques would it make a diff in ryde to run drop shocks with the spindles and re index the bars cuz the roads here in hawaii really suck haha just it to be smooth or no need replace the shocks in the front? thanks.

I would do some form of shock...I went with some gabriels from a local parts store..just spent a lil time figuring out what my extended and compressed lengths were....then sat on auto parts store website till I found ones that worked...and save a bunch of money too!!

rear shocks.....dont matter...since they dont mount direct to axle...just use stock lengths....gabriel at autozone here start about 17 bux apiece...pretty cheap.....I do recoomend some shocks.

when you drop the front...hack down your bumpstops...or get some shortened ones....either way.

for the rear...I just completey got rid of the bumpstops

no need to spend alot of money on drop shocks just get you some isuzu pick-up shocks they are slightly shorter then mazda shocks... and you can get them for around $20 each

i did the balljoint flip, which gives an extra inch of drop, and then i tightened up my torsion bars and now my stuff rides great, im running the gabriel ultra shocks from autozone...

I need to flip my BJ's just too durn lazy right now...and I wanna see some better photos and such....add that I am lazy again and need different tires....the 205s are already rubbing at full lock...hahaha!!!!!

my 225s rub a little on 2wd poorly rolled fenders at full lock only if the trucks leans quite a bit during the turn... usually when pulling into a parking spot a little fast...
