I'm doing the exact same thing on my b right now!! 3" z in rear with mono and helper-leaf, flipping bj's, cutting bumpstops and re-indexing torisions, izuzu pup shocks in front (monroe airlift) and original size monroe airlift shocks in rear... reason is that bagging is illigal in my contry, but airshocks isn't I will be running on 8,5x18" with a 40 offset and 245/45 tires and i'm hoping to get a decent ride whit this setup!! Will be posting pics when i do the z!!

YES IT WILL WORK and ride like a dream
here is a pic of mine static dropped
i have a 2 3/4 body drop also
at this height i had full susp travel till it hit the groundwhich wasnt much LOL
but i had it mono leafed w 3" blocks and a 5 1/2 inch z +the body drop
the front was just reindexed torsions and all the brackets gone from the front i think i clearanced my lower control arms also

I like it! Granted I don't want mine that low but that's the idea I'm going for.
